1. Quick speed change responsiveness
Unlike general manual transmissions, the driver does not need to work the clutch or accelerator in sports mode. Therefore,
speed changes are shortened by more than 0.3 second vs. manual transmissions, enabling faster acceleration and deceleration. |
2. Convenient operation
When driving on long downward slopes, the driver can maintain a desired speed with the simple
operation of the lever. In addition, on a snow covered road, the driver can start the car in second gear to ensure safer driving. |
